Summary and scope
The Council is seeking responses to this Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) 2223-016 for the provision of compliance and enforcement services and products. The Council is seeking to appoint a single provider to deliver the services and associated products. The initial term of the new proposed contract arrangement is for three (3) years. Council may at its discretion, extend the operation of the Contract beyond the Initial Contract Term for up to two (2) x two (2) year options. The total duration of the proposed contract, including the exercise of any options, shall not exceed seven (7) years. It is intended that the new proposed contract arrangement will commence on or around 1 July 2023.
