Toowoomba Regional Council hold Environmental Authority for extraction and screening at approximately thirty (30) locations across the region. The aim of the request for offer is to engage a panel of appropriately qualified companies or person(s) to provide environmental consultancy services to ensure the continued operations of quarry and gravel pits under the responsibility of Toowoomba Regional Council are undertaken in compliance with the Environmental Authority and other obligations as required. Council is seeking to appoint multidisciplinary consultancies with experience specific to quarry and quarry related operations. The objective is to work closely with Councils Site Senior Executive/s and Pit Managers to ensure the efficient operation of these sites while fulfilling its requirements under all relevant legislation.
