IRCT-MMT4-0123-318 New Lighting for Middlemount Netball Courts and AFL Field

Summary and scope

Isaac Regional Council requires a suitable Contractor to undertake the lighting upgrade for the Middlemount Netball Courts and AFL Field, including an electrical supply upgrade, new main switchboard (AFL Field), underground reticulation, new lighting pole distribution boards, new lighting fixtures, and replacing existing light poles with poles supplied by the Principal. The works include the manufacture, supply, delivery, installation, testing, demolition, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical services and the installation of the light poles in accordance with the associated specifications, drawings and general intent required to achieve fully operational systems. The project consists of two sites the Netball Courts, located at 1 Prince Place Middlemount, and the AFL Field, located at 238A Centenary Drive South Middlemount. Netball Courts Existing light fittings are to be removed and new lighting fixtures are to be supplied and installed to 8 No. existing light poles. The works includes removal from site of redundant cabling, infrastructure, and lighting control equipment. AFL Field 6 No. existing light poles are to be removed and 4 No. new light poles installed (Principal Supplied), including new footings (Contractor supplied). New lighting fixtures are to be supplied and installed onto the new light poles. The works includes removal from site of existing AFL field light poles, existing lighting fixtures, redundant cabling, infrastructure, and lighting control equipment.
