Summary and scope

The Opportunity Bounded by the Great Barrier Reef to the east and sandstone wilderness in the west, Livingstone Shire is located within the Fitzroy Region of Central Queensland and covers 11,800 square kilometres on the Capricorn Coast. Livingstone Shire Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified contractor for its Kelly’s Offstream Storage Crack Injection Works Contract requirements. Objective Livingstone Shire Council is seeking responses to this Invitation to Tender for Kelly’s Offstream Storage Crack Injection Works Tender No.2023.005 as per specification. The purpose of this ITT process is to assess the ability of Tenderers to complete the Works, including in accordance with all relevant Australian Standards. Council’s requirements in relation to the Works are set out in Section 2 of this Invitation (Technical Specification).
