The Shire of Broome (the Shire) is seeking to engage a suitable mechanical services contractor to carry out the works associated with the Admin Building Air Con Renewal. The key deliverables of this project are: • Supply and install a 9.0m x 5.0m above roof platform for the support and installation of new air con plant. • Carry out upgrade /renewal of the air con system as per the design drawings and specifications prepared by the design consultant. The Shire is prepared to consider a separate Contract being issued for the roof platform if a tenderer is not able or willing to carry out this component of the work.
