Recommendations from the 2018 Conservation Management Plan (CMP) propose that the Verandah joists and decking boards are replaced using like-for-like material. Bundaberg Regional Council (Council) seeks to engage a suitably qualified Principal Contractor (PC) to replace the first floor Verandah on the School of Arts Building (SOA) in accordance with procedures outlined by the Department of Environment (DES) and Engineered designs (Bligh Tanner). Works are to be conducted under the General Conditions of Contract AS2124-1992.
