Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Organisations to provide periodic preventive maintenance of all Pool, Plant and Equipment in the following Council buildings: • Boroondara Sports Complex - 271 Belmore Road, Balwyn North • Ashburton Pool and Recreation Centre - 8 Warner Ave, Ashburton • Hawthorn Aquatics and Leisure Centre - 1 Grace Street, Hawthorn in order to maintain the equipment in good, efficient and safe operating condition. A site inspection will be held on Thursday 9 March 2023 at 9am. Tenderer's are to meet outside Boroondara Sports Complex - 271 Belmore Road Balwyn North.
