Ipswich City Council is seeking Tenders to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Retail Leasing Agent with extensive industry connections (Local, Brisbane, State and Nationally) to provide retail leasing services and strategic guidance for a portfolio of Council owned or leased properties within the Nicholas Street Precinct. The properties are either newly constructed / developed, refurbished, or undergoing significant refurbishment. The Supplier will be responsible for:- • Retail, restaurant, leisure and ancillary typical CBD leasing • Casual mall leasing (including pop ups, advertising, sponsored partnerships and digital) Please see attached documentation for information.
