Summary and scope

Mildura Rural City Council is seeking tenders from suppliers to provide training to the organisation in one or more of the following areas: • First Aid (Provide First Aid & Refreshers, CPR Refreshers, Anaphylaxis & Asthma, Occupational First Aid, Provide an Emergency First Aid Response in an Education and Care Setting, Advanced Resuscitation) • Mental Health First Aid • Fire Extinguisher • Emergency Warden • Chief Warden • Handling Difficult People, Behaviours & Situations • Traffic Controller & Roadwork Signage • Workplace Spotting for Service Assets • Handle Dangerous Goods and Hazardous Substances • Chemical User Licence • Asbestos Awareness • Confined Space Entry • Chainsaw • Work Safely at Heights • Health & Safety Representatives Annual Refresher Training • Resilience Awareness • Manual Handling Training Tenderers may quote for some or all of these services. ENQUIRIES: Any tender enquiries should be directed to the online forum in VendorPanel. SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can ONLY be submitted electronically by uploading into the VendorPanel System. Respondents will receive a confirmation email response upon completion. Should assistance be required please use the help function or the online chat available from the home page of VendorPanel. Submissions must be fully received by the closing time as late submissions will not be accepted. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. All responses must be made by online submission. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered.
