Summary and scope

Separable Portion A – Mua Island (St Pauls Community) Barge Ramp Remedial Works The contractor is required to Undertake works on Mua Island (St Pauls Community) to remediate the damaged barge ramp. The remedial works involves the removal and replacement of damaged sections of barge ramp per design. The Scope of WUC include but are not limited to: • Site establishment and disestablishment • Establishment of Contractors Site Facilities, • Documentation, project management and compliance with all regulations, • Stakeholder Consultations in conjunction with TSIRC for temporary closure of barge ramp, • Provisions for barge ramp operations (If ordered), • Geotechnical Investigations, • Survey, • Quality Assurance and Quality Control, • Environmental Management, • Demolition of existing Structures, • Excavation of materials, • Installation of sheet piling and foundations, • Concrete Works in tidal area, • Precast Panel casting/supply/install, • Installation of rock revetment, and • Any other item included in the contract documents and not detailed above.
