IMPORTANT NOTE: as this request for Tender is a REFRESH only, all current approved contractors on this Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers DO NOT need to make a new submission. Current approved contractors can follow the procedure for pricing amendments at any stage of the contract term. An extract of this process found in the Request for Tender Part 1 - Preamble is as follows: "If a successful Tenderer’s sums, rates or prices in its tender submission will be increased during the Term, the successful Tenderer will be required to submit revised sums, rates or prices to the Principal for approval by submitting the document using Response Schedule F – Pricing of this RFT to the Principal no later than ten business days before such increase. If the Principal accepts the revised sums, rates or prices, then these shall be fixed until the Principal accepts further revised sums, rates or prices (if any)."
