Council’s current contract for the supply of Mail House services expires on 30 June 2023. Presently, Council issues approximately 46,000 Rate Notices and 34,000 Water Advice Notices to ratepayers twice yearly in July and February, approximately 5,000 Rate Reminder Notices in October and March and approximately 20,000 Animal Registration Notices in July of each year and approximately 1,000 licence renewals in May of each year. Notices are delivered via post through Australia Post, electronically through BPay View to ratepayers’ internet banking account and electronic notices which are delivered to customers email address.
