Summary and scope
The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley is seeking applications for appointment to a pre-qualified supplier panel for the supply of tyres and related services for the Shire’s vehicles and plant fleet. It is anticipated that the panel will contain between two (2) and three (3) appointed suppliers and the panel will be in effect for a period of three (3) years, operating as a ranking system. Clarification of application details must be in writing and sought via the respondents VendorPanel account, prior to 2:00pm, Tuesday 11 April 2023. Tenders must be submitted via the respondents VendorPanel account www.vendorpanel.com.au The Deadline for applications is 2:00pm (WST), Monday 17 April 2023. Tenders submitted by facsimile, email, mail or hand delivery will not be accepted. Late applications will not be accepted. The lowest, or any application may not necessarily be accepted. Any potential applicant canvassing Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley Officers or Elected Members will be disqualified from the application process.
