Summary and scope
Several planned upgrades are required on the City’s assets prior to 2032. This includes significant Sewage Treatment Plant (‘STP’) upgrades and may include construction of a centralised biosolids processing facility (‘Program of Works’). Prior to 2030 it is envisaged that smaller upgrades may also be conducted at the City’s STP sites, for example, to provide solar arrays and major refurbishment works on existing assets. It is anticipated that these and other project(s) may also form part of the Program of Works. To successfully meet the challenges and optimise outcomes from opportunities, the City is building capacity and capability via a collaborative arrangement with a suitable delivery partner to deliver the Program of Works.
