To submit a tender, Suppliers are to: Read and review PART 1 - Invitation To Offer (ITO) and PART 3 Draft Service Contract Respond to the tender by completing all sections of PART 2 - Returnable Schedules with required attachments Ensure any potential Departure from the ITO or Service Contract is listed in Returnable Schedule 8.
