2023/84 Mildura Arts Centre Chilled Water Plant System Upgrade

Summary and scope

Mildura Rural City Council is seeking tenders from contractors to replace all plant and equipment associated with the gallery chilled water plant with a new, fit-for-purpose system incorporating a higher level of redundancy and to enable provision of compliant gallery conditions to continue into the future. ENQUIRIES: Any tender enquiries should be directed to the online forum in VendorPanel. INSPECTION: A site inspection is scheduled for 9.00am on Wednesday 19 April 2023. Council strongly recommends that prospective tenderers are present. SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can ONLY be submitted electronically by uploading into the VendorPanel System. Respondents will receive a confirmation email response upon completion. Should assistance be required please use the help function or the online chat available from the home page of VendorPanel. Submissions must be fully received by the closing time as late submissions will not be accepted. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. All responses must be made by online submission. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered.
