The Town of Port Hedland (the Town) is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor to recommission, transport and reconfigure a one (1) x one (1) modular building from Marquee Park Splash and Play to the Towns Infrastructure Operations centre for use as additional office space. The Town seeks to decouple, transport and reuse a prefabricated modular housing block for the purpose of additional office space adjacent to the Animal Management Facility at the Depot. The building is a concrete chassis modular structure currently class 1 residential dwelling with the intent to perform works to convert to a class 5 office. Works to make compliant include the provision of additional universal accessible toilet, removal of internal wall and DAIP compliant ingress/egress.
