Summary and scope
The Town of Port Hedland are seeking a suitable contactor for the design, supply, delivery, and installation of a new weighbridge office at the Landfill in South Hedland. The Town of Port Hedland have identified the requirement to enhance the current facilities at the Landfill, due to their current size and operating capacity. Following the recent installation of the landfill office, the Town is now moving onto the next phase to install a new weighbridge office. The Community Recycling Centre will be supported by this weighbridge office and be built as part of an overall Masterplan for the Landfill, for the remained of its life cycle, at this location. The Town is seeking a transportable weighbridge office to enable the relocation of the building in the future once a new Landfill location is identified. The new weighbridge office facility will be constructed within the existing building footprint. The Contractor will be required to submit a staging plan as part of the installation and relocation.
