Summary and scope

The Opportunity Bounded by the Great Barrier Reef to the east and sandstone wilderness in the west, Livingstone Shire is located within the Fitzroy Region of Central Queensland and covers 11,800 square kilometres on the Capricorn Coast. The major urban townships of Yeppoon and Emu Park are where the majority of the population reside, our beautiful rural areas include Byfield, Cawarral, The Caves, Stanage, Marlborough, Glenlee and Glendale. Council services a population of 36,000. Our major industries include retail, tourism, education and training, health care and social assistance, construction and agriculture. Livingstone Shire Council (hereinafter referred to as ‘Council’) is seeking submissions from capable and qualified Contractors to establish a Panel of Preferred Supplier/s for the Supply and Delivery of Cleaning Supplies Contract requirements. Objective Livingstone Shire Council is seeking responses to this Invitation to Tender for Preferred Supplier Arrangement (PSA) Supply & Delivery of Cleaning Supplies Tender No.2023.012 as per specification. The purpose of this ITT process is to assess the ability of Tenderers to complete the Services, including in accordance with all relevant Australian Standards. Council’s requirements in relation to the Services are set out in Section 2 of this Invitation (Specification).
