Summary and scope
As part of the fleet replacement program, the City of Bunbury requires the services of an experienced dealer to undertake the supply and delivery of seven (7) light commercial vehicles (utes) with varying canopy requirements as detailed for each vehicle within the Vehicle Requirements Checklist in Appendix C of this Request for Tender. The vehicles shall be of a new arrangement of the latest design in current production and conform to the Specification and shall be delivered to our depot at 10 Sutherland Way, Picton WA 6229. The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to: a) Supply and delivery of seven (7) base model light commercial vehicles (utes) with varying canopy requirements; b) Training of designated City of Bunbury staff in the safe operation and minor maintenance of each vehicle, along with the provision of induction package documents and safe operating procedures at the time of delivery/handover; and c) Provision for a minimum five (5) year warranty including all parts and labour.
