Request for Tender - Prequalified Suppliers (ROPS) for Trades and Services: Refresh of Tenders

Summary and scope

The Cloncurry Shire Council intends to refresh its Register of Pre-qualified Suppliers (ROPS) for Trades and Services to allow for New Suppliers to be added to the Register. The council invites new tenders from suitably qualified, skilled, and experienced suppliers who are interested in registering for the Pre-qualified Supplier Panel. The Scope attached in Part 5 described more details regarding the Council’s requirements in respect of the type of services for that a New Supplier may be selected for the Register. A new service has been added to the Scope which is Shed/Shade Construction Services under the Building Services (including facilities management) Category (G5). The pest Control Category has been changed to Pest Control/Pest Management (Other Excluding Weeds & Feral Animals). The successful Tenderer(s) will be included on the register of pre-qualified suppliers for a period of one year commencing on 08 August 2023 and ending on 07 August 2024 with one (1) x option to extend for up to 12 months . Please note the current Register of Pre-qualified Suppliers (ROPS) for Trades and Services has not yet expired. Suppliers that are already included on the ROPS Panel are not required to submit a tender in response to this request for tender but may bid for additional categories to those for which they are currently registered, including the new Shade/Shed Construction sub-category.
