TEN/2065 Supply of Cleaning Services Joint and Several

Summary and scope

Bundaberg Regional Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced providers to tender for cleaning services at multiple Council facilities and venues. Council invites Respondents to submit offers for the cleaning contract off individual sites or collectively tender for multiple sites. These sites are as follows: (a) Bundaberg Library – 49 Woondooma Street, Bundaberg Central (b) Bundaberg Airport – Airport Drive, Kensington (c) Moncrieff Entertainment Centre – 177 Bourbong Street, Bundaberg Central (d) Fairymead House - Thornhill Street, Bundaberg North (e) Hinkler Hall of Aviation - 6 Mount Perry Road, Bundaberg North (f) Hinkler House - 6 Mount Perry Road, Bundaberg North (g) Café 1928 (Public Amenities) – 6 Mount Perry Road, Bundaberg North (h) Public Barbeque at Nature Playground – 6 Mount Perry Road, Bundaberg North (i) Bundaberg AgTech Hub – 160 Hughes Road, Bargara. Contract Term Period: Three (3) years with two (2) x one (1) year extension options. Site inspections are available for each site. Respondents may attend the sites they wish to make submissions for. The date and times for site inspections are firm and are listed in the Invitation to Offer Non-Returnable Schedule document. Prior registration for site inspections is essential. Council is unable to accommodate requests for different inspection dates and times. Please refer to the Invitation to Offer Non-Returnable Schedule document for details. Respondents wishing to attend a site inspection must register their interest within VendorPanel via the "submit a question" function. Requests received via other methods will not be accepted. Additional security requirements will be required for Respondents wishing to visit the Bundaberg Airport. As such, prior registration is critical for this site. As part of their submission, Respondents must provide acknowledgement that by applying for one (1) or multiple facilities that the Respondent has the required resources to meet and carry out the contract to the specifications listed in the Non-Returnable Schedule for TEN/2065 Supply of Cleaning Joint and Several from the contract start date.
