Summary and scope
Central Highlands Regional Council (CHRC) are seeking the services of suitably qualified and experienced contractors to carry out mowing, slashing and vegetation control during 2023/2024. The successful contractors will be required to undertake the following tasks: Mowing Tractor slashing; and Vegetation control - Herbicide spraying & brush cutting. Due to the vast geographical area of the work, the works are offered in 5 separate work Regions. Each Region will stand independently of other regions. Council may award more than one region to individual tenderers and /or one region to multiple tenderers. The works will be split into the following localities: Region 1 – Capella / Tieri Region 2 – Emerald/Comet Region 3 – Springsure / Rolleston Region 4 – Blackwater / Bluff / Duaringa Region 5 – Gemfields
