Working within the confines and restraints of the existing site; this project seeks to construct a new Sports and Changeroom Facilities; including changerooms and change amenities, private and sports store rooms, referee change facilities and external access UAT/s in place of The Eleni Grandstand and public amenities building at the E & D Litis Stadium.
