The Eidsvold Caravan Park is located on approximately 6,557m2 at 3 Esplanade Street, Eidsvold. The park contains the following facilities: • Nine demountable style cabins with ensuites and varying room configurations • 18 powered sites • Six non-powered sites • Ample camping space • An 67.5m2 bessar block and tiled floor amenities building with o 3 female toilets o 3 female showers o 3 female basins o 2 male toilets o 1 double male urinal o 3 male showers o Shared laundry with 2 washing machines and dryers • Sheltered picnic and barbecue areas. There are currently 3 permanent allocated sites, including 1 that is a deceased estate, pending removal. The caretakers residence is agreed to be one of the cabins, currently overlooking the golf course
