Summary and scope
The Town of Port Hedland seeks to engage a consultant to assist with the best practice implementation and configuration of the Technology One OneCouncil platform. This will involve a review of the current modules, recommending updates based on best practice, providing configuration assistance to implement and test changes. Assistance in configuration of future modules in particular Enterprise Budgeting, and Property and Rating (PnR). We require the successful party to be physically present in Port Hedland for at least parts of this engagement. The Town will reserve the right to modify priorities for deliverables and level of consultant engagement post review and recommendation of module configuration.
