The consultant will be responsible for: • The successful and timely delivery of the project in its entirety, through both project and contract/contractor management. • Ensuring compliancy of the project to all safety, quality and regulatory requirements • Providing regular reports on progress and project issues to Council. • Geotechnical Inspection and Testing Authority (GITA) services as elaborated further below.
