Summary and scope

Scenic Rim Regional Council (Council) requests Tenders to establish a schedule of rates consultancy contract, from suitably qualified Project Managers and Engineers to assist with program and project management of the Community and Recreational Assets Recovery and Resilience Program (CRARRP). The Community and Recreational Assets Recovery and Resilience Program is a jointly funded Australian and Queensland Government initiative to assist in the clean-up and repair of community and recreational assets damaged by the extraordinary disaster events of financial year (FY) 2021-22. The successful tenderer will work closely with Council’s Engineer(s) and the Management Team to deliver the program using a mixture internal and external delivery resources. The construction works under the program is estimated at approximately $5.6 million and is to be completed by 30 June 2024. Works are planned to be undertaken by a mix of Internal Staff (Day Labour) supplemented by contractors and External Contract Works.
