Dear sir/madam Isaac Regional Council requests tenders from suitably qualified Contractors for a single Contractor to supply and deliver bitumen reseals and seals on designated roads, as part of the Principals’ 2023/24 bitumen reseal program. This Request for Tender represents an opportunity to secure a contract with Isaac Regional Council for 2023/24 Regional Reseal Program. This Request for tender will be a SCHEDULE OF RATES Contract for bitumen reseal work and all fees and charges necessary for the successful completion of the works shall be deemed to be included in the prices and rates as detailed. The Contract is subject to the rise and fall of the bitumen supply price. Isaac Regional Council may provide an opportunity to the shortlisted Tenderers to re-price their Tender in the event of the changed scope of work. Please ensure your written tender is lodged prior to the Closing Time, being 2pm Monday 31 July 2023 AEST Kind regards Isaac Regional Council
