Mount Barker District Council (the Council) invites Tenders from Tenderers for the provision of cleaning services related to a number of Council sites as detailed in the Specification (the Services). The Council will enter into a Contract for the Purchase of Services with the successful Tenderer. The Council intends to enter into contract with a professional cleaning contractor to provide regular services at a number of Council sites. It is anticipated the contract will commence on or about 1 September 2023 with an initial term of three (3) years and an option to extend for a further two (2) years.
