Summary and scope

Bundaberg Regional Council is seeking to establish a preferred sole supplier for the provision of printing and graphic design services. The required scope of work is divided into three (3) categories and Council is seeking a supplier who can provide all: Pre-printed Stationery, General Printing, and Graphic Design. Council recognises the importance of high-quality print materials and visually appealing graphic design to effectively communicate with our residents, stakeholders, and the wider community. Through this tender, we seek to engage a capable and innovative supplier who can consistently deliver exceptional printing services and graphic design solutions that align with our organisational objectives. Prospective Respondents are invited to showcase their expertise and propose comprehensive solutions that will support our communication efforts and enhance the visual representation of our Council's initiatives. The arrangement will be a fixed price Supply of Goods contract for a period of three (3) years with two (2) x one (1) year extension options.
