Summary and scope
The City of Bunbury is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to complete the landscaping for the Withers Regional Renewal project. The Withers Regional Renewal project involves the construction of four new connector roads in Withers, Bunbury, between: • Mawson Place and Reynolds Way • Hooper Place and Stallard Place • Davenport Way and Rand Court • Jacaranda Crescent and Hudson Road The construction of the roads is scheduled for late 2023/early 2024 and the landscaping works will follow, with the aim to complete all works by the end of May 2024. The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to; a) Landscaping; b) Traffic management; c) Site survey, preparation and earthworks; d) Service locating and protection; e) Clearing; f) Hardscaping; g) Supply of materials including, plants and trees; h) Facilitating a planting day for the local primary school/community; i) Landscaping establishment; and j) Provision of any required working drawings and “As-Constructed” Drawings on completion of the works. Work not included in the Scope of Works (work by others); a) Construction of the connector roads.
