Our primary duty of care is to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of our people and those we interact with. IRC is seeking responses from providers about wellbeing services that we can engage to support our workforce. We are seeking a provider or multiple suppliers who can meet our needs by providing the following services: onsite functional capacity assessment, job physical demand categories/book, exercise/ work reconditioning programs, psychological assessments to develop management support plans, advice, and management support plans about supporting those with hidden disabilities.
