Summary and scope

Submissions must clearly demonstrate the tenderer’s capability to assist in the achievement of Council’s shared values which include- The following are the shared values of council, for which are all responsible. Services included in the City of Greater Dandenong, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) will include (as a minimum): Employee Support Manager Support Referral Services and Follow-up Critical Incident Response Online and Phone Services Resolution Services Training & Promotion Reporting and Analysis Contingency Planning Intake and Assessment Protocols Alignment with Council Policies & Philosophies Confidentiality 24/7 Hour Operation
