Central Highland Regional Council invites submissions from competent suppliers to supply all materials, plant, equipment, personnel/ technicians and any other services, costs and/or fees necessary to: Carry out portable water supply network leak detection by physical means. These works shall be in accordance with the requirements specified in the in attached Specifications BOQ, and relevant Specifications Preparation and submission of detail leak detection survey report Identify leaks on main supply network including all sub reticulation. The networks to be inspected are Emerald, Capella and Springsure.
