Summary and scope
Tenders are invited for the provision of minor landscaping services. The City of Stonnington is seeking to establish a panel of qualified and experienced preferred suppliers to complement its workforce to deliver minor landscaping activities and works across the municipality. Minor Landscaping Services will be provisioned under a Standing Offer Contract based on a Schedule of Rates, including the following maintenance programs and activities: • Toorak Road Topiaries; • Horticultural Maintenance at Heights. • Horticultural Services – General and Infrastructure; and • General Landscaping and related Miscellaneous Works. NOTE: The Vendor Panel online forum closes five business days prior to the abovementioned tender closing date. Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any Tender, or part thereof. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
