Summary and scope
Good afternoon Isaac Regional Council is seeking submissions for a Preferred Supplier Arrangement for the maintenance grading of the unsealed network required for the maintenance of Council’s local roads within the Isaac Region. Due to the vast geographical area the works are offered in six (6) separate areas and will be awarded as ranked panels. Council will create a ranking system for each successful tenderer for each area. Successful tenderers will be ranked from 1-5 etc. in each area, with 1 being the preferred contactor and first contact when awarding works. The formation of this panel shall allow Council to assign work to Panellists when and as required without the need to seek quotations for each parcel of works.
