Summary and scope

Nillumbik Shire Council is seeking a Request for Tender (RFT) for the provision of a panel for Photography and Videography services. The panel structure includes two main categories, and sub-categories. Suppliers can apply to offer their services across sub-categories and can be awarded across numerous sub-categories. Council is seeking to appoint numerous suppliers across sub-categories to deliver services. There is no guarantee of an amount of work for any panel suppliers. The term of the new contract arrangement is for three (3) years, with the option to extend for two one year extensions at Council’s discretion. Council intends to appoint up to a maximum of 5 contractors to each category. Council will not permit any sub-contracting of services by appointed contractors to deliver against requested services. Council reserves the right to engage with other non-professionals or volunteers on an as-needed basis. It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence on or around 1 December 2023. There will be two briefing sessions available for this tender: one online and one in person. The in person session will be held at 9:30am on 4 September 2023 at Nillumbik Council offices 32 Civic Drive Greensborough. On arrival attendees will be required to sign in at customer service. The online session will be held at 6pm on 5 September via Microsoft Teams.
