Summary and scope
Hinchinbrook Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for the construction of a new kerb and channel on Cockrell Street. The Works include but are not limited to: • Public Notification; • Insurance Fees; • Pre-establishment; • Provision of Quality Assurance Services to AS/ISO 9001; • Preparation of Project Management Plan including Site EMP, WH&S etc; • Implementation and monitoring of the Environmental Management Plan; • Preparation, implementation and monitoring of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan; • All Permits and Approvals necessary to allow for construction to proceed (including but not limited to environment etc); • Demolition and replacement of Kerb and Channel including all ancillary works as per Council Drawings 8729 – 8747 & 8782 - 8797; • Site clearing; • General earthworks; • As-built survey to required format; • Site cleaning on completion; and • Disestablishment.
