The Warwick Saleyards Complex is located at Lot 1 on RP81400 and Lot 2 on SP115538, McEvoy Street Warwick Queensland 4370. The Warwick Saleyards has operated for approximately sixty (60) years. Southern Downs Regional Council (the Principal) has resolved to proceed with a brown field redevelopment of the existing Warwick Saleyards site. Preliminary and detailed designs phases have been completed and will be provided as an addendum. This tender is for the construction phase of the project. The detailed design and the technical specifications forming part of that detailed design should be relied upon (as far as possible) for the construction phase of the redevelopment (this contract). The successfully completed project will deliver sound and safe infrastructure that has proven economic, cultural and social outcomes for the Southern Downs Region for the next 20 years.
