Dear Tenderers Redland City Council (RCC) invites you to submit an offer for tender T-2054-2324-PCO Establishment of a Register of Prequalified Suppliers for Arboricultural Services. This format is suitable for standard Microsoft Office operating systems. Please read the documentation carefully and to submit an offer, please fully complete Section B – Tender Deliverable Attachments and submit your tender in accordance with Clause 4 of the Conditions of Tender with tender closing date of 2:00pm, 27th September 2023. NOTE: INDUSTRY BRIEFING To assist the tenderers in preparing their proposals, Council will hold an optional Industry Briefing on 13 September 2023 at Redland City Council Depot, corner South and Wellington Streets, Cleveland, QLD, 4163. The Industry Briefing will commence at 9:00am and anticipated to be completed within two (2) hours. Tenderers who wish to attend are required to register their attendance by emailing procurementtenders@redland.qld.gov.au using the subject T-2054-23/24-PCO Arboricultural Services – Registration for Industry Briefing no later than 11 September 2023. It is to be noted only one (1) representative for each Supplier is allowed to attend the said Industry Briefing.
