Advance Tender Notice - Construct Cell 0 Piggyback Liner System at Reedy Creek Landfill

Summary and scope

City of Gold Coast (City) is preparing tender documentation for the Construct Cell 0 Piggyback Liner System at Reedy Creek Landfill contract. City is finalising the IFT design documents and intends to engage a contractor on an AS2124 Construct Only basis. City estimates the tender documentation will be published on Vendor Panel (VP) in early October 2023. A site visit to the Reedy Creek Landfill will likely be scheduled for shortly after the tender release. City anticipates a four-week tendering period with estimated contract award in Feb 2024, construction to commence shortly thereafter. These details will be confirmed in the tender documents. The purpose of this VP event is to provide notice on impending tender release. There is no need to provide a response to this VP event or register your interest; however, feel free to ask questions or provide feedback. The tender documents will be published on a separate VP event.
