Summary and scope
Upgrades are required to the Miriam Value Community Centre (MVCC) to provide suitable temporary shelter to people in need in the event of a disaster. GRC have completed the Concept Design for the upgrade works and are currently progressing through to Detailed Design. GRC requires a suitably qualified Contractor to undertake the Construction and Commissioning works for upgrade of the Miriam Vale Community Centre. The scope of works encompasses the execution of the upgrades to the MVCC. All works will be undertaken within the boundaries of the MVCC land parcel. Works will include (but not be limited to) supply, site establishment, location and protection of existing services, civil and structural works, building and fit out works, mechanical works, electrical works, plumbing works, commissioning, and site demobilisation.
