Summary and scope
Central Highland Regional Council invites submissions from competent suppliers to supply all plant, equipment, personnel/ technicians and any other services, costs and/or fees necessary to upgrade conventional water meters to smart meters in the township of Capella: Procure, supply, and safe installation of approximately 530 smart water meters, electronic logger/transmitter attachments, associated pipework, fittings and reinstatement of all surface treatments and pavements affected by the meter installations. Design, supply, installation, and operation of secure communication network including all Base Stations/Collectors/Data Concentrators/Gateways (on CHRC-owned property) to ensure the specified coverage as well as integration with other systems specified herein, is achieve. Operation of the communication network for an initial period of 24 months, with 3-year extension thereafter.
