Summary and scope
The City of Stonnington requests the services of a suitably experienced consultant/consultancy to conduct a kerbside waste audit of Council’s three waste streams (Garbage, Recycling and FOGO), using the by household method, over a fortnightly waste collection cycle, to provide a snapshot of waste composition, recycling rates and contamination across the municipality. Interested parties must have the capacity to conduct the audit and deliver the associated completed reporting requirements by the end of March 2024, with the preferred dates for the audit between November 2023 - February 2024. Interested parties must complete the Invitation to Quote document and response to the brief which includes relevant experience, methodology, fees and any environmental considerations. Please review the Specification and Conditions documents (attached) before quoting.
