Tenders are invited for the Installation and Management of Parking Technology for a contract term of three years with an extension option of 2 years available at Councils discretion. Council is looking to implement a parking technology system that can be used to monitor parking activity in approximately 2200 designated parking bays across retail activity precincts. The system must be able to detect vehicle movements into and out of parking bays, alert parking officers to the presence of an offending vehicle, that has overstayed the timed restrictions, and provide Council with real time information about parking and enforcement activity. NOTE: The Vendor Panel online forum closes five business days prior to the abovementioned tender closing date. Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any Tender, or part thereof. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
