Summary and scope
Council is seeking Tenders submissions from an experienced and suitably qualified Contractor/s to undertake the cyclic tree pruning within four (4) precincts within the municipality. Council has scoped and compiled a list of required tasks required for precincts 2, 6, 7 and 8, in accordance with Energy Safety Victoria (ESV) minimum clearance specifications, Australian Standard AS4373-2007 Pruning of Amenity Trees, and Council’s cyclic pruning specifications. The Contract Term shall be for a period of two (2) months. Contractors submitting bids for more than one (1) Precinct shall ensure works are undertaken concurrently to ensure completion with the nominated timeframe. Council reserves the right to appoint one Contractor to undertake all the works or appoint multiple Contractors to undertake particular precincts to ensure works are completed within the required timeframe.
