This RFQ is to engage a qualified builder to attend multiple staff houses across the shire to: identify works required write detailed scoping documents to address needs Council is looking for scoping documents to allow these properties to be brought up to "fit for purpose" standard - and the purpose of these properties will generally by to temporarily house Council staff working on road or infrastructure projects. Ideally, the repair and upgrade work should ensure that these housing assets will not require another significant upgrade for approximately 30 years. These scoping documents should therefore allow a qualified tradesperson to properly quote for and undertake those repair and upgrade works.
