Summary and scope
The Town of Port Hedland (Town) in partnership with BHP and the State Government (Royalty for Regions) constructed medical practitioner housing in Dempster Street, Port Hedland during 2012/2013. The Town is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible parties to enter into an agreement with the Town which provides the successful organisation with residential housing to sublease to eligible medical practitioners. Two (2) residential dwellings are available for subleasing under the specification of the EOI and the Agreement. To be eligible for consideration for entry into the Agreement, the organisation (and intended subtenant) must be employed as a medical practitioner in a role that is designated as being an essential health service to the community.
