Townsville City Council (the Principal) conducts a wide variety of services for the Townsville community. To perform these works the Principal has the periodic requirement to utilise additional Plant or Equipment during times of high use or in response to a disaster situation or extreme weather event. The Principal is seeking to establish a Register of Prequalified Suppliers (RPS) for the Wet Hire of Plant or Equipment. It is the Principal’s intention to compile a categorised list of Plant or Equipment and draw from that list whenever an item of Plant or Equipment is required. There is no guarantee by the Principal that it will use any or all of the items quoted.
